I had been in the Real Estate officially when I passed my Real Estate Broker Board Examination March 2011. I had been a freelance real estate broker practitioner selling house and lot, condominiums and raw land in my province in Cavite. January 2012 when I joined SM Development Corporation and as a property specialist for Shell Residences. I had been exposed in selling condominium during that time. By June 2012 I got hired as a Real Estate broker for Value Asia Philippines Inc. I had been doing company accreditation to developer’s particularly to SM Development Corporation, Avida Land Inc. Shang Properties and other developer’s in selling condominiums to Japanese Clients.
Aside from this I am also responsible in looking for residential, office and commercial spaces for our client. For the last three years it has been a fulfilling job to be in the Real Estate industry and even seeing myself to got into a deeper understanding of the business. I believe that this business will never stop growing yet it will keep on improving as time passes by.
