Accepting Personal Information

In case we need to collect the personal information from the site viewer, we will first inform site viewer the purpose of the collection thereof and will accept the information only if the site viewer concerned has agreed to the said purpose.

Use of Personal Information

We will not use any personal information for the purpose other than permitted by the site viewer.

Disclosure of Personal Information to the Third Party

We shall not disclose any personal information provided by the site viewer to the third party, unless otherwise the site viewer concerned has agreed to disclose his/her personal information, or legally oblidged by the juducial organization or government agency. In case we have given a permission from the site viewer to disclose his/her personal information to the third party, we will still exert efforts in protecting his/her personal information upon disclosing, entrusting, and providing it to the third party by requiring the said party to comply with the terms and conditions regarding the protection of the personal information.

Protection of Personal Information

We will establish appropriate office routine regulations and implement rational safety measures to prevent personal information collected from site viewers from any loss, destruction, improper leakage, manipulation, and illegal access.
To prevent the personal information from leakage, we may delete the personal information of the site viewer in case there is no access by the site viewer concerned to SFPI Site for a fixed period of time from his/her last access, and if we deem that the keeping of his/her personal information is no longer necessary.

Inquiries and Other Information from Site Viewers Regarding Personal Information

In case we received the following request from the site viewer regarding his/her own personal information, we will carry out site viewer’s intention and take the necessary action in a scale which is reasonable in the circumstances:
